Bishop Stephen presents a certificate to Lesia Konyt-Mella, Principal of Holy Spirit School Holy Spirit School is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year. It is associated with Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church in Hamilton. A Moleben of Thanksgiving will be celebrated on Friday, June 17th, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. with a social to follow at the church hall. Bishop Stephen presents a certificate to Marika Boshyk, Principal of St. Demetrius School. St. Demetrius School, associated with St. Demetrius Church in Toronto, is marking its 35th anniversary this year. A School Anniversary Concert will be held on June 14, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. A School Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on the Feast of St. Demetrius the Great Martyr - October 26, 2011 Alumni celebrations will be held on October 27th, 2011. Bishop Stephen presents a certificate to Patricia Kasij, Principal of St. Sofia School St. Sofia School was started in 1980. It is associated with Dormition of the Mother of God Church in Mississauga and St. Elias Church in Brampton After presenting Wasyl Zyla, Principal of Cardinal Josyf Slipyj School, with a certificate, Bishop Stephen thanked him for coming to the meeting. Wasyl had to rush off to another meeting. Cardinal Josyf Slipyj School is associated with St. Nicholas Church in Toronto. Started in 1985, the school is now home to more than 600 students.
